Wifi and TV streaming were good. Location was convenient, within reach of the casinos in the area. the staff were polite.

The stench of sewage was overwhelming. Stray dogs and roosters were everywhere, making sleep almost impossible.

Staff helpful and friendly, excellent Wi-Fi, clean hotel, reliable parking, great buffet breakfast. Wi-Fi and streaming facilities good.

Could not be improved in any way.

The hotel has a great location, very close to the port to the islands. the rooms are very clean and tidy, and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. the hotel provides excellent Wi-Fi throughout the building. the parking area is secure, and there is always a 24-hour staff on duty to help you with your car. the breakfast buffet is delicious, and there are plenty of options to choose from.

The rooftop restaurant may have delays in serving all meals at the same time, but it is only a minor issue.

The staff was amazing, always friendly and helpful with a smile on their face. The hotel was well-maintained, with clean rooms and common areas. The Wi-Fi connection was strong, and the buffet breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. the location was perfect, situated near popular attractions and restaurants, which made it easy to explore the city.

The noise level was high at times and could be disruptive to sleep. during my stay, the rooftop restaurant did not provide prompt service and some dishes were served at different times than others.

We had an amazing stay, with the staff being the best we've encountered in any hotel. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the WiFi connection was excellent throughout the building. We also appreciated the easy parking with 24-hour staff on duty to keep an eye on the cars, and the buffet breakfast exceeded our expectations.

There was nothing we didn't like.
